We are seeking a proactive Learning and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective training programmes that enhance employee skills and performance.
Responsibilities
Create engaging training materials and resources for various learning styles.
Coordinate successful onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.
Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee performance improvements.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars as required.
Support leadership development initiatives within the organisation.
Build relationships with external training providers when necessary.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Master's degree is a plus
Experience
5+ years of experience in learning and development or training roles
