Job Description

As an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and enhancing organizational strategies, processes, and culture. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive performance and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver organizational assessments focused on culture, processes, and structural efficacy.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to operational policies and procedures.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to gather feedback and benchmarks for best practices.
  • Utilize evidence-based methodologies to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and support teams throughout the transition.
  • Monitor progress of organizational initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Develop resources and tools that foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on driving organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in consultancy roles
