We are seeking a proactive Learning Development Specialist to spearhead HR training initiatives. You will play a critical role in developing and delivering engaging learning experiences that inspire and support our employees’ growth.
Responsibilities
Oversee the development of training materials and resources for both online and in-person training.
Conduct needs assessments and skill gap analysis to guide training strategies.
Foster a collaborative environment to generate creative ideas for learning enhancements.
Track learning progress and effectiveness through analytics and reporting.
Incorporate feedback to refine existing training programmes for better outcomes.
Lead initiatives to promote lifelong learning and personal development among staff.
Work closely with external vendors to enhance training offerings.
Engage with employees to gather insights and improve training relevance and accessibility.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through targeted training solutions.
Equip managers with training resources to help them foster team development.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education or related field
Master's degree in Training and Development is preferable
Experience
4+ years of experience in training or HR development roles
