Job Description

As an Executive Recruiter in our Bristol office, you will spearhead the recruitment process for high-level positions. Engage with clients to understand their needs and attract top talent through innovative sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Lead executive searches and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Execute innovative sourcing methods to identify top-tier candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and provide assessment feedback to clients.
  • Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Monitor and report recruitment metrics and ensure targets are met.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences.
  • Utilise applicant tracking systems for candidate management.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in executive search or high-level recruitment
