As an Executive Recruiter in our Bristol office, you will spearhead the recruitment process for high-level positions. Engage with clients to understand their needs and attract top talent through innovative sourcing techniques.
Responsibilities
Lead executive searches and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Execute innovative sourcing methods to identify top-tier candidates.
Conduct comprehensive interviews and provide assessment feedback to clients.
Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders across the business.
Monitor and report recruitment metrics and ensure targets are met.
Participate in networking events and industry conferences.
Utilise applicant tracking systems for candidate management.
Provide market intelligence and insights to improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in executive search or high-level recruitment
