Job Description

We are in search of an experienced Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR department in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy. You will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture and ensuring a high-performing HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver HR initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
  • Assist in the development of talent management strategies.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation plans.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Support succession planning efforts and identify future leaders.
  • Advise on disciplinary actions and manage employee grievances.
  • Develop and present training programs for employee development.
  • Promote a healthy work-life balance through HR initiatives.
  • Foster relationships with external partners for recruitment.
  • Evaluate and improve HR performance metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology
  • Advanced certification in HR management is an asset

  • 5+ years in diverse HR roles, including leadership positions
