Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Wellness Program Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of our employee wellness initiatives in Manchester. This role is pivotal in promoting a healthy workplace culture, enhancing employee satisfaction, and ensuring the well-being of our team members.

Responsibilities

  • Assess employee wellness needs and design targeted programs accordingly.
  • Encourage participation in health screenings and wellness challenges.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve wellness initiatives.
  • Serve as a wellness resource for employees, providing support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with HR on benefits strategies that enhance employee well-being.
  • Foster community and teamwork through wellness activities and events.
  • Prepare and manage wellness-related communications and marketing materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Health Promotion, Human Resources, or related field
  • A Master's degree in related fields is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in employee wellness or health promotion roles
