Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our recruitment initiatives, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with organisational goals and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Support HR manager in developing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Lead initiatives for improving the employee experience through engagement programmes.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with HR team to develop training and development programmes.
  • Assist in the management of employee relations and compliance issues.
  • Support the development of employer branding strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar
  • Master's degree in HR or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role
