Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping HR policies and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting employee engagement and implementing practices that enhance workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Develop succession planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and feedback processes.
  • Advise on employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Facilitate a smooth exit process for departing employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
