Job Description

We're on the lookout for an HR Talent Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts in Swansea. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in identifying and attracting top talent, as well as implementing effective talent management strategies. You’ll be responsible for aligning human resource strategies with business goals, ensuring the growth and development of our workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Enhance employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and selection criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the company.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Mentor and train junior HR staff in recruitment best practices.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention.
  • Facilitate performance appraisal systems to drive employee development.
  • Develop succession planning for key roles within the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or HR preferred
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, focusing on recruitment and talent development
