Job Description

As an HR Onboarding Specialist, you will be at the forefront of welcoming new employees into our dynamic company culture. Your primary task will be to facilitate a seamless onboarding process, ensuring that new hires feel supported and informed from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a warm welcome.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company culture and policies.
  • Liaise with department heads to facilitate smooth transitions for new team members.
  • Collect and analyse onboarding feedback to improve future processes.
  • Prepare and maintain onboarding materials and resources.
  • Assist in the onboarding of remote employees as needed.
  • Monitor new hire progress to ensure successful adaptation.
  • Participate in HR initiatives to promote employee engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR functions, particularly in onboarding

Languages
  • English: Fluent
