Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations. Your expertise will contribute to a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and performance management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Work closely with management on HR-related projects and programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • CIPD Level 7 is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience
