Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in our HR team, supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will be responsible for promoting a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our HR policies align with the company's goals. Your expertise will be essential in driving employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment lifecycle, from job description development to final offer.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Oversee HR administration, including filing and updating employee files.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide analytics to improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in creating a vibrant workplace culture through team-building activities.
  • Support performance review processes and employee feedback systems.
  • Evaluate employee satisfaction and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years in HR management roles
