Job Description
We are looking for an HR Talent Manager who can lead our recruitment strategies and talent development initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our employer brand and attracting top talent.
Responsibilities
Drive talent management initiatives to foster employee growth.
Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit.
Organise career fairs and recruitment events.
Provide training to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
Implement strategies for diversity and inclusion in hiring.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
Collaborate with the HR Director to develop workforce planning strategies.
Handle employee relations matters in consultation with management.
Evaluate and improve employee retention strategies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
5+ years in a senior HR role, particularly in talent management
