Job Description

As an HR Generalist in Belfast, you will be responsible for various HR-related tasks, including employee relations, performance management, and recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process.
  • Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop performance improvement plans in collaboration with managers.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits programmes.
  • Support initiatives aimed at diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyse results.
  • Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations concerns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role
