Responsibilities
Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process.
Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding programs.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Develop performance improvement plans in collaboration with managers.
Manage the administration of employee benefits programmes.
Support initiatives aimed at diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyse results.
Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations concerns.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources
CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred
