Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. The ideal candidate will assist in developing HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Your expertise will help us build a productive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Provide HR support to line managers on employee relations issues.
  • Develop training and development programs for staff.
  • Ensure the company's HR policies align with best practices.
  • Facilitate employee appraisal and feedback sessions.
  • Contribute to the development of an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to senior management.
  • Support the organization in achieving its strategic HR goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
