Responsibilities

• Contribute to talent acquisition strategies, managing the recruitment lifecycle.
• Enhance employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts promptly.
• Prepare and deliver reports on HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Advise on policies related to workforce management, compliance, and employee welfare.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
• Support the rollout of HRIS and other technology solutions to improve HR processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of HR Generalist experience

Certifications

• SHRM Certified Professional
• CIPD Level 3 Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
