Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our Nottingham team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing employee relations, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your expertise will contribute to creating a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective employee training and development programs.
  • Create and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Support performance management and provide coaching to managers.
  • Address employee grievances and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to HR regulations and best practices.
  • Generate reports on HR metrics for leadership review.
  • Initiate wellness programs to boost employee morale.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • CIPD qualification preferred
