Job Description

We're seeking a passionate Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to develop and lead initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive culture within our organisation. You will play a key role in shaping strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a D&I consultant for all departments to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Develop targeted initiatives to improve retention of diverse talent.
  • Create communication plans that enhance awareness of D&I programs across the organisation.
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights on employee experiences related to D&I.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in diversity and inclusion positions with demonstrable success

  • Public Speaking Experience: Comfortable presenting D&I initiatives to large audiences and stakeholders.
