Job Description

We're seeking a talented HR Generalist to enhance our Birmingham office. This role includes managing recruitment, overseeing onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with various HR policies. Passion for people and proactive problem-solving is key!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection of candidates.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and training programmes.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide support for personnel matters.
  • Conduct performance reviews and gather employee feedback.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR data systems.
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
  • Support health and safety compliance within the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Masters or CIPD Level 7 is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate environment
