Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant at Talent Seekers Ltd., you'll play a crucial role in shaping the workforce of our clients in Bristol. We're looking for a dynamic individual who can identify top talent through innovative recruitment strategies, build relationships with clients and candidates, and contribute significantly to our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of your clients' needs and industry landscape.
  • Engage candidates through targeted outreach and industry networking.
  • Utilise various recruitment methods to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor and manage candidate and client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
  • Lead recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
  • Attend networking events and career fairs to represent Talent Seekers Ltd.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruitment consultancy environment
