Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring company policies are upheld.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts across various departments to meet staffing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
  • Provide advice and support to employees regarding HR-related queries.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employee development.
  • Monitor employee performance and help implement improvement plans.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for retention strategies.
  • Coordinate health and safety initiatives in line with company policy.
  • Manage employee benefit programs and communicate offerings effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • CIPD qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
