We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Compliance Officer to ensure our practices align with current employment legislation. You will oversee compliance audits and provide guidance to our HR team, ensuring our organisation operates within the law.
Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Provide training and guidance to HR staff and management on compliance issues.
Assist in the investigation of employee complaints and resolve disputes.
Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and advise the team accordingly.
Prepare reports on compliance and present findings to management.
Coordinate with external regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
CIPD qualification is preferred

3+ years of experience in an HR compliance role
