Job Description

As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will assess and design remuneration strategies that meet the business needs while promoting staff retention and motivation. Your insights will drive our compensation policies, making a meaningful impact on our workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation policies in alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefit programmes.
  • Analyse data to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Support the annual salary review process, including job evaluations.
  • Manage employee benefits plans and administer benefit programs.
  • Prepare compensation reports and presentations for management.
  • Advise on pay structure design and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to evaluate effectiveness of benefits offerings.
  • Assist in the development of salary forecasts and budget planning.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and salary grades.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management
