Job Description

As an HR Generalist at our Oxford office, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and enhancing employee experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass diverse HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of staff.
  • Monitor employee performance and development, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Develop training materials and programs to upskill employees.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of employment legislation.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies.
  • Assist with the development of HR metrics and reporting.
  • Engage with employees to foster a positive organisational culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related sector
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR roles
