Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing employee relations, recruitment, and performance management while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts for various roles, ensuring alignment with organisational needs.
  • Provide support for performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Advise on compliance with employment legislation and best HR practices.
  • Implement employee feedback mechanisms to enhance workplace culture.
  • Assist in managing health and safety training and compliance.
  • Collaborate with management to implement employee retention strategies.
  • Organise and facilitate training and development programmes.
  • Support talent management initiatives and succession planning.
  • Promote employee welfare initiatives and support mental health in the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration
  • CIPD Level 7 is highly desirable

  • 4+ years in HR management roles
