Job Description

As an HR Compliance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our company's HR practices adhere to current legislation and compliance standards. Your expertise will steer our compliance assessments and provide guidance to the HR team, enhancing our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance investigations and respond to findings.
  • Advise on the implications of new legislation.
  • Create a culture of compliance within the organisation.
  • Assist in developing strategies for employee engagement in compliance initiatives.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for compliance purposes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a compliance role within HR
