Job Description

As an Employee Development Manager at HR Innovations, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and create effective learning paths.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of training strategies for all levels of employees.
• Work closely with external training providers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Monitor and report on the progress and impact of training initiatives.
• Design evaluation metrics to assess the effectiveness of training sessions.
• Promote employee engagement through innovative training solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior HR team members to strengthen the department's capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Psychology, HR, or relevant field
• Professional HR certifications (CIPD Level 5 or above) are desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in training and development roles

Languages
