Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our Manchester team. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded HR background, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This role is critical in supporting our employees and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Implement HR strategies that support organisational objectives.
  • Assist in the design and execution of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Help develop diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage leave of absence policies in compliance with regulations.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
