Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Bristol. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team in driving operational excellence in HR practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and implement training programmes.
  • Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance.
  • Support organisational change initiatives through effective communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • CIPD qualification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management roles
