Job Description

As a Compensation and Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for analysing compensation structures and advising on benefits policies. This position requires a proactive approach to compliance and a strong understanding of market trends to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate compensation levels to ensure alignment with market trends.
  • Work closely with management to develop and execute compensation strategies.
  • Conduct employee surveys to assess satisfaction with current benefits.
  • Advise on changes to legislation affecting employee benefits and compensation structures.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure budget alignment for compensation and benefits.
  • Create materials for employee education on benefits and compensation.
  • Conduct workshops and presentations on compensation policies and practices.
  • Manage and resolve employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Assist with recruitment strategies by recommending compensation levels for new roles.
  • Develop metrics to measure the success and engagement of benefits programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR compliance
