Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Consultant to manage our payroll process and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding of HR compliance and possess excellent analytical skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize payroll processes for efficiency and compliance.
  • Resolve discrepancies in payroll and benefits calculations.
  • Prepare year-end payroll tax documents and reports.
  • Assist with audits related to payroll and benefits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll and HR information.
  • Supervise payroll team to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide analytical support in the evaluation of benefits programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
