Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Bristol to lead our HR initiatives and collaborate with management. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of strategic HR practices, employee relations, and performance management.
Responsibilities
Align HR strategies with the organisation’s mission and goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR issues.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and feedback programs.
Manage and coach HR staff on best practices.
Propose methods to improve employee relations and welfare.
Assist in the design and implementation of performance reviews.
Facilitate leadership development programs.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within HR.
Ensure data protection and confidentiality of employee records.
Cultivate relationships with external HR partners and consultants.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
CIPD qualification is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in HR management, particularly in a business partner capacity

CIPD Level 7 or equivalent
