Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Bristol to lead our HR initiatives and collaborate with management. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of strategic HR practices, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Align HR strategies with the organisation’s mission and goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR issues.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and feedback programs.
  • Manage and coach HR staff on best practices.
  • Propose methods to improve employee relations and welfare.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of performance reviews.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within HR.
  • Ensure data protection and confidentiality of employee records.
  • Cultivate relationships with external HR partners and consultants.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, particularly in a business partner capacity

  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent
