Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR functions in Swansea. The successful candidate will lead initiatives in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management to ensure a productive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Develop HR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage the payroll process and ensure timely payment.
  • Analyze employee data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement health and wellness programs for employees.
  • Negotiate with external HR service providers for necessary resources.
  • Facilitate internal communication and employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and restructuring.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions for management and staff.
  • Oversee the HR budget and manage expenses.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR Management is a plus
