We're on the lookout for an energetic HR Generalist to join our Manchester office. In this role, you'll partner with various departments to implement HR initiatives focused on engagement, compliance, and performance management.
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment cycle from job advertisement to onboarding.
Facilitate regular employee feedback sessions and surveys.
Develop and maintain an employee handbook outlining company policies.
Oversee exit interviews and ensure feedback is utilized for improvement.
Ensure all HR processes are compliant with local and national legislation.
Conduct training on HR policies and compliance matters.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and applicable regulations.
Support line managers with HR advice and training.
Assist in employee wellness programmes and initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology
CIPD Level 5 qualification is strongly preferred

3+ years of comprehensive HR experience
