Job Description

We are on the lookout for an HR Training Specialist to design and implement effective training programs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet organisational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive training strategies that support employee development.
  • Coordinate training schedules and logistics for all programmes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years in employee training and development

Certifications
