Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve existing training programs to align with company objectives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure alignment between training strategies and organizational goals.
• Research innovative training methods and technologies to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Oversee the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling and material preparation.
• Gather and analyse data to measure training program success and inform decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards in training initiatives.
• Support diversity training and initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role focusing on corporate training
