Job Description

We are currently seeking an Employee Relations Manager to champion workplace culture and support our employees’ well-being. You'll play a pivotal role in developing engagement strategies, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Responsibilities

  • Develop employee engagement programs to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the execution of performance management processes and ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Promote health and wellness initiatives to improve employee well-being.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends in employee turnover.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee relations matters and ensure confidentiality.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Train management on effective communication and conflict resolution skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in HR or employee relations roles
