Job Description

As an HR Manager at HR Solutions Ltd., you will play a critical role in shaping our company’s human resources strategy. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of HR processes who can drive employee engagement and development while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate strategic HR plans aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with external partners for training and development programs.
  • Budget for HR-related expenses and monitor financial impact.
  • Evaluate and improve HR practices and processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • CIPD Level 7 is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in HR management
