Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Human Resources Assistant to provide crucial support in our HR department. The successful candidate will undertake various administrative tasks to streamline HR functions, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and update employee files and records.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes from posting jobs to onboarding new hires.
  • Assist with payroll and timekeeping processes.
  • Respond to various employee queries and support HR initiatives.
  • Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports for management review.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification processes.
  • Support training and development activities.
