Job Description

As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a vital role in managing workplace relationships, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your expertise in conflict resolution and understanding of HR practices will be invaluable in enhancing the employee experience and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations inquiries.
  • Analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance on handling employee performance issues.
  • Support management in performance appraisal processes.
  • Develop and maintain employee relations resources and tools.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to address diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of practical experience in employee relations
