Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and a proactive approach to employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing candidates.
  • Provide HR support during employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Manage employee engagement surveys and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop training materials and assist in performance management.
  • Monitor employee development and succession planning.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
  • Support the implementation of HR technology systems.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree or similar experience is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist role
