Job Description

As an Employee Relations Consultant, your role will be pivotal in shaping a positive workplace environment. You will act as a mediator and advisor on employee relations issues, offering strategic insights to promote employee engagement and satisfaction within the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Guide managers on handling performance issues and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop strategies to improve team collaboration and communication.
  • Research and analyse employee relations trends to enhance practices.
  • Engage with external partners for employee development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and feedback within the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years in a similar role
