Job Description

We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager who will take ownership of our compensation strategy and benefits offering. This position will require in-depth analytical abilities and a strong understanding of HR compliance to help shape the employee value proposition.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage employee benefits programs ensuring they are competitive and compliant.
  • Evaluate and recommend new benefits to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyse compensation trends and adjust as necessary to remain competitive.
  • Work with external consultants to enhance compensation strategies.
  • Ensure the integrity of HR data regarding compensation and payroll.
  • Advise employees on their compensation packages and benefits.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure managers understand the compensation structure.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • CIPD qualification at a higher level is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in HR compensation and benefits roles
