Job Description

As a Learning Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing engaging learning sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of programs. Your contributions will enhance employee engagement and support the achievement of strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the training needs analysis process and implement innovative learning solutions.
  • Develop engaging multimedia training content and modules.
  • Mentor and coach team members on learning and development best practices.
  • Report on training outcomes and recommend improvements.
  • Create an inclusive environment that caters to diverse learning styles.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and partners.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience through learning.
  • Support succession planning and talent development within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Training and Development
  • Postgraduate qualifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in L&D or similar HR role
