Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our Sheffield office. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing strategic guidance and support in all areas of HR, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve HR processes and compliance within client organizations.
• Guide clients through regulatory changes and their implications for HR policies.
• Aid in the development of performance appraisal systems.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to aid decision-making.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, providing ongoing HR support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in HR Management is an advantage

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic HR roles

• Negotiation

Certifications

• CIPD Level 7 Diploma
• Chartered Manager (CMI)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in change management: Proven experience in managing organizational change effectively.
• SAP HR Module proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP HR module.
