We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our Sheffield office. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing strategic guidance and support in all areas of HR, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and improve HR processes and compliance within client organizations.
Guide clients through regulatory changes and their implications for HR policies.
Aid in the development of performance appraisal systems.
Monitor and report on HR metrics to aid decision-making.
Act as a point of contact for clients, providing ongoing HR support.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Master's degree in HR Management is an advantage
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in strategic HR roles
