Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of employee engagement surveys and initiatives.
  • Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Manage HR communications and promote a positive employee experience.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on employee development.
  • Assist in preparing reports on HR metrics and performance assessments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD qualification is highly advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
