Job Description

Join us as a Human Resources Manager where you will be at the forefront of developing HR policies and programs that nurture talent and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our HR initiatives and aligning them with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute HR policies that support strategic objectives.
  • Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation processes.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Promote employee well-being through health and wellness programs.
  • Ensure adherence to HR best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and recommend solutions.
  • Engage in labor relations and negotiations as necessary.
  • Participate in community outreach programs for talent acquisition.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferable
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on talent management
