Job Description

As a Learning and Development Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing employee performance and engagement. You will design, implement, and evaluate training programs tailored to meet the various learning needs of our team. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all employees are equipped with the skills necessary to excel in their roles, thereby contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the training needs of the organisation and develop a comprehensive training plan.
  • Design and implement evaluation methods to measure the success of training initiatives.
  • Facilitate group training sessions and one-on-one coaching.
  • Develop partnerships with local educational institutions for employee skill enhancements.
  • Ensure training compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Encourage employee feedback on training programs to create improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Training and Development are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate training or a similar role
