Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be proactive in addressing employee needs and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts and ensure a positive experience for candidates.
  • Support employee engagement through various programs and initiatives.
  • Implement performance management systems and processes.
  • Assist in policy creation and compliance monitoring.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and management on HR matters.
  • Facilitate training sessions on HR-related topics.
  • Maintain HR information systems and ensure all employee data is up to date.
  • Monitor HR practices and suggest improvements where necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • CIPD qualification preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles
