Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our Swansea team. In this role, you will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring an effective workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employee development.
  • Monitor and report on employee performance and engagement metrics.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Work closely with management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Actively promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Studies or related field
  • CIPD qualification desirable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR management
