We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our Swansea team. In this role, you will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring an effective workforce.
Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employee development.
Monitor and report on employee performance and engagement metrics.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Work closely with management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Actively promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Business Studies or related field
CIPD qualification desirable

3+ years of experience in HR management
